About the Role

This is a 9-12 month parental leave cover position that requires a strong focus on delivering and evolving a meaningful employee experience for our casual workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the experience for our casual workforce who deliver engaging cricket programs in the community, coordinating the recruitment of casuals to meet the needs of cricket programs across NSW, leading the training and onboarding of our casual workforce, coordinating retention and engagement programs to ensure we are developing and increasing the employee experience of our casuals, building and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure compliance, and driving the implementation of our new rostering system Kronos.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be exceptional at building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders. They will also have the ability to think creatively and identify improving experiences and processes, as well as general knowledge of HR and fair work requirements.
