About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Assistance Program Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced level clinical counselling and organisational services to our staff and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention, short-term counselling, and management consultation to staff and managers
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on workplace wellbeing and stress management
  • Conduct individual and group supervision, mentoring, and staff development sessions
  • Provide post-traumatic incident consultation and support to staff and managers
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Social Work or Psychology, with experience at Level 2 or higher
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and significant clinical experience in providing confidential professional counselling
  • Experience in providing workplace support, training, and team development services
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
