We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Mynrma. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employment relations matters, including policy and entitlements, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective advice to employees and leaders on employment-related matters, including policy interpretation and application.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on employment-related issues.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and manage grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Advocate for employees in the Fair Work Commission and other relevant forums.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and senior management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders on employment-related matters.
  • Support the development of employment-related policies and procedures, including enterprise agreements and collective bargaining.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategic initiatives and projects to improve the employee experience.
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in industrial relations, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, managing employment matters, including disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding and working knowledge of the Modern Award system, National Employment Standards, and other relevant legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and provide customer-centric advice.
