About the Opportunity

The Australian Submarine Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Mobilisation Specialist to support the planning and mobilisation of new Programs. This role involves helping to develop and implement workforce mobilisation plans and contributing to the successful execution and delivery of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the capture of future contracted scope through the development of workforce artefacts and mobilisation strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of Workforce Mobilisation artefacts and deliverables, including project managing on particular streams with subject matter expert (SME) input from the broader People & Culture (P&C) function.
  • Provide advisory support to internal and external stakeholders, including joint partners, on workforce matters aligned to required timelines and quality.
  • Ensure workforce risk assessments are conducted in accordance with the risk management framework governance requirements.

About You

  • You will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a similar discipline.
  • You will have a minimum of 8 years' experience across complex P&C roles.
  • You will have experience in supporting the mobilisation of new programs.
  • You will have knowledge and experience in workforce planning, with Defence Industry, Mining, or Construction experience being highly desirable.
  • You will have effective project management skills, including the ability to explore, develop, and deliver successful solutions.
  • You will have the ability to manage evolving priorities and effective time management skills.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will be an innovative, strategic thinker with a high attention to detail.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
