The Workforce Resourcing Officer will be a valued member of the Workforce Resourcing team to provide expert advice and knowledge in job design and coordination of end-to-end employee recruitment, selection and appointment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and knowledge in job design and coordination of end-to-end employee recruitment, selection and appointment and onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business or working towards same and/or previous experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and rostering systems.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing inquiries.
  • Strong administrative skills with a proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in health industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
