Front Office Assistant Manager Lead

Accor is seeking a skilled Front Office Assistant Manager to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This position involves leading by example and meeting team brand standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis hands-on role requires an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can drive continuous improvement and lead teams to meet our high standards.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction, monitor trends and implement improvements in team processes.
- Oversight of all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations adhere to Hotel procedures and standards.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting.
- Daily liaison with the Reservations team.
- Manage customer relations, delivering memorable experiences for guests.
- Recruit new loyalty program members.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Deep understanding and practical application of Front Office standards and procedures.
- Audit-worthy presentation and grooming standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite products.
- Experience with Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
