Accor is seeking a skilled Front Office Assistant Manager to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This position involves leading by example and meeting team brand standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This hands-on role requires an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can drive continuous improvement and lead teams to meet our high standards.

  • Evaluate guest satisfaction, monitor trends and implement improvements in team processes.
  • Oversight of all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations adhere to Hotel procedures and standards.
  • Maintain data accuracy and reporting.
  • Daily liaison with the Reservations team.
  • Manage customer relations, delivering memorable experiences for guests.
  • Recruit new loyalty program members.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of Front Office standards and procedures.
  • Audit-worthy presentation and grooming standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite products.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
