Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front office team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team delivers a unique and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the front office team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure that guest feedback is recorded accurately and that any service recovery processes are implemented promptly and efficiently.
- Assist the Guest Services team in ensuring that hotel-specific SOPs are adhered to.
- Ensure that all accounting practices and processes are achieved in accordance with hotel-specific SOPs.
- Assist with on-the-job training and the implementation of procedures in the department to meet brand and service standards.
- Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver brand-standard rooms, products, and services.
- Actively contribute towards reaching agreed hotel performance targets and objectives.
