  • Manage accounting practices and processes according to hotel SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver brand-standard rooms, products, and services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing team as a Front Office Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Guest Services team to ensure accurate guest feedback and prompt service recovery. You will also be responsible for managing accounting practices and processes according to hotel SOPs.

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
