About The Role:

As a Front Office Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a positive cash float at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area, adhering to our high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure continuity of service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with a commitment to working as part of a dynamic team.

Estimated Salary: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
