Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Assistant Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, lead by example, and drive continuous improvement.
About the RoleThis fixed-term (4 weeks) parental leave cover position requires an individual who can evaluate guest satisfaction, monitor trends, and implement improvements to our team and processes. You will oversee all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations and check-in/out processes meet our hotel standards.
- Evaluate and improve guest satisfaction and experience
- Ensure accurate data reporting and management
- Liaise daily with Reservations team members
- Manage customer relations and deliver memorable experiences
- Recruit new members to our loyalty program
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar Front Office role, preferably in luxury hotels
- Deep understanding of Front Office standards and procedures
- A strong focus on customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
