**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in Ballarat, Victoria. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a premium client site, ensuring all premises are maintained to a high standard.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for delivering efficient and cost-effective FM services across a portfolio of properties, ensuring each property is compliant with relevant codes and standards.
  • You will manage the HSE program, conducting annual HSE inspections and providing regular reporting.
  • You will work closely with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely, respectful, collaborative, and professional manner.

About You:

  • You will have at least 2 years of relatable experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • You will possess an electrical license or electrical trades background.
  • You will have good understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation, managing portfolios to a budget, fulfilling reporting requirements, project, and service-related financial management.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You will possess logical and analytical thought processes and good problem-solving skills.
  • You will have a good working knowledge of current Health & Safety at work Act.
  • You will have intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
