Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or software sales.

  • Experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms and analyzing customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
