Human Resources Coordinator

Keegan Adams is entering an exciting phase of transformative growth and we're seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our supportive HR team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in providing effective coordination and HR administration services across the full employee lifecycle.
About the Role
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and documentation to ensure seamless employee data management.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract and onboard top talent in Sydney.
- Learning & Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with the company's values and goals.
- HR & Operational Support: Offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and system queries to support the team's success.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and manage employee variations effectively.
To be successful in this role, you'll require:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a similar role, preferably within a professional service or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
