Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain positive client relationships, and negotiate contracts for cleaning services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets, forecast sales revenue, and ensure all tenders, proposals, and sales documentation are prepared in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, provide guidance and support, and ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure all customer service management is handled professionally, and monitor customer satisfaction to ensure high levels of service are maintained.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the CEO, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in soft services, with a proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership.
- Skills: Proficient negotiation skills, stakeholder management, commercial nous, and financial acumen, with high proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and manage a team.
