Facilities Management Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Business Growth Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets in assigned markets.
- Develop and maintain long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Represent CBRE at industry events and conferences to raise the company profile and promote its services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in the facilities management/hard services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
