We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and team performance in our Enterprise Field Sales division. As Director, Enterprise Field ANZ, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales professionals, developing and executing growth plans, and coaching team members on sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth across all revenue channels
  • Lead and manage a team of up to six remote Enterprise Account Executives
  • Coach sales team on company-adopted sales methodologies to ensure value is experienced quickly by prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams in the field on sales calls and provide guidance on sales strategies
  • Set and review performance and sales goals of sales team members
  • Work with sales teams to meet KPIs and goals in day-to-day performance, sales, and increased product knowledge
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with sales teams
  • Recruit and hire staff to support team growth and development
  • Direct enterprise sales opportunities, including implementation plans and coordination of internal and/or external professional services
  • Interpret and adhere to sales policies and advise sales teams on policy handling
  • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to management
  • Demonstrate knowledge of at least three industries and/or market segments
  • Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software sales
  • 4+ years' experience managing sales teams of 5-7
  • Proven ability to motivate team members
  • Success in small/fast-growing company environments
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully achieving a sales target
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques in a high transaction environment specifically in the Software industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
