Sales and Marketing Director, ANZ

At BSI, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to lead our ANZ region. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing a strong sales workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve profitable revenue growth.
  • Identify new areas of business growth and implement new product go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage all sales and marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and foreign enterprises.
  • Own and hit annual regional sales targets through effective management of sales activities.
  • Acquire, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Expand market share and develop new products to lead the market.
  • Develop sales leader pipelines and package unique service solutions.
  • Work closely with operation delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with country and regional sales teams to align strategy and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years sales management experience.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, corporation insurance, accounting, and marketing industries preferred.
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Good command of customer relationship exploration, maintenance, and development.
  • Self-discipline, planning, and organizing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Result-driven and analytical in data.
