About the Role

Braze is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our ANZ region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the ANZ region.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Manage sales performance metrics, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
