Customer Success Director ANZ

Okta, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director to lead our ANZ team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth in the ANZ region.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic leader who can develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing solutions to drive customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive customer retention and growth in the ANZ region
  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop solutions to drive customer value and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive customer success
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
