Sales and Marketing Director, ANZ

At BSI, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our ANZ region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a strong sales workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve profitable revenue growth
  • Manage all sales and marketing activities to drive business expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and foreign enterprises
  • Own and hit annual regional sales targets through effective sales activity management
  • Acquire, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team
  • Expand market share and develop new products to lead the market
  • Work closely with marketing teams to capture leads effectively
  • Coordinate with country and regional sales teams to align strategy and tactics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience
  • Proven sales leadership experience and a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-discipline, planning, and organizing capabilities
  • Strong ethics and discipline
