We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in our Enterprise Field Sales team. As Director, you'll be responsible for guiding a dynamic team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels
  • Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles
  • 4+ years of experience managing sales teams, with a focus on developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex sales data to inform business decisions
