Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Rail Division in Seven Hills, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and developing contingency plans as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rail signalling and construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of design, problem-solving capabilities, and commercial acumen
  • The ability to communicate on all levels, from Directors to operatives
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including:
