About the Role
">Infrastructure People is seeking two experienced Supervisors to join our growing team in Sydney. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Oversee and manage crews to ensure effective project execution, compliance with standards, and high-quality workmanship.">
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.">
- Drive a safety-first culture across all aspects of project delivery.">
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise.">
- Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures for project execution.">
About You
">- Proven experience as a supervisor within the FRP industry, ideally in rail infrastructure projects.">
- Strong knowledge of project delivery and site management processes.">
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively coordinate with project teams.">
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.">
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performance team.">
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.">
