Greencap is committed to delivering high-quality water infrastructure projects across Australia. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex Section 73 projects from application to completion, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in managing large-scale, complex Section 73 projects through to completion. You will be responsible for developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including collaborating closely with sub-contractors and developers, to deliver great outcomes for all invested parties.

  • Lead and coordinate complex Section 73 projects from application to completion, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
  • Partner with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations and undertake mandatory Sydney Water inspections, including connections
  • Client management including liaising with Sydney Water's AIS and Service Delivery teams
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and assessment to achieve project goals
  • Design coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in Design and in a Water Servicing Coordinator role
  • Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects, or with other relevant water authorities
  • Strong understanding of WSAA codes and Sydney Water's codes, policies, and procedures
  • Working knowledge across relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and benefits.
