Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Supervise and manage crews to ensure effective project execution, compliance with standards, and high-quality workmanship.
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
  • Drive a safety-first culture across all aspects of project delivery.
  • Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures for project execution.
