We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Supervisors to join our growing team, supporting large-scale rail projects across Sydney.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering some of the most high-profile infrastructure projects in the region. You will work alongside industry experts in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment where success is celebrated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Supervise and manage crews to ensure effective project execution, compliance with standards, and high-quality workmanship.
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
  • Drive a safety-first culture across all aspects of project delivery.
  • Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures for project execution.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor within the FRP industry, ideally in rail infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery and site management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively coordinate with project teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performance team.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
