In this role, you will oversee engineering management from design through construction, driving system development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

  • Lead and coordinate engineering management for key water and wastewater projects, collaborating with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across the design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers, site managers, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction activities.

This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of our Utilities business and contribute to the growth of the water and wastewater team. You will have the chance to mentor and guide engineering teams, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

This is a senior leadership position that requires extensive experience in engineering management, preferably in the water and wastewater sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil or mechanical engineering, strong expertise in design and construct projects, and a passion for building and improving systems and processes.

Abergeldie offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary range of $170,000 - $220,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
