Veritas Recruitment is a leading distributor of premium automotive and industrial brands, delivering top-notch solutions across various industries. We work with automotive car care & tool retailers, auto paint wholesalers, woodwork, marine, and industrial wholesalers, as well as car, bus, and truck wash markets.
We are seeking a driven Business Development & Account Manager to take the lead in managing and growing our accounts across Sydney Metro, with occasional travel to the North Coast and regional areas. Your focus will be on servicing existing accounts in automotive and tool retail, while expanding into exciting new sectors like car wash, marine, woodwork, and industrial.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with auto, tool, paint, and industrial wholesalers to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the car wash, marine, and industrial markets by leveraging market trends and industry insights.
- Leverage CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office to track client information, analyze sales data, and present value propositions to stakeholders.
- Provide product support and training to help customers boost their sales potential and increase revenue.
- Regularly visit clients within your territory, managing your time and relationships efficiently to ensure seamless account management.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in business development and account management, ideally within automotive, tools, or industrial sectors.
- Tech-savvy, with solid experience in CRM systems, business software, and Microsoft Office.
- A self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills, able to navigate complex sales environments and build strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 + super & commission, along with a company car, mobile phone, and all the tools you need to succeed.
