We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth and expansion in the Building and Construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within new and existing Tier One customers.
About the Role:
- Identify key stakeholders and build trusted relationships to drive business growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage a pipeline of qualified new sales opportunities across the NSW region
- Provide input on pricing structures and revenue forecasts
About You:
- You're a sales professional with a passion for achieving results and a proven track record of success in the Building and Construction industry
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders
- You're adaptable to changing circumstances and exhibit a high level of resilience
