Our team is dedicated to prioritising safety, reliability, and integrity in everything we do. With over 800 representatives, including 600+ drivers, operating 24/7, we strive to exceed customer expectations.
We are currently seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through account management, sales, and pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while driving growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and organic growth.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and partner with internal departments to capitalise on them.
- Oversee regular monitoring and analysis of customer job volumes, revenue, and trading patterns.
- Pricing management, contracts, and overall commercial health of customers within your portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to design solutions and make commercial decisions that drive growth and profitability.

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM and project management software.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
