Strategic Novated Sales Manager

We are a leading financial services company, specializing in fleet management and salary packaging. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Novated Sales Manager.
About the Role:This position involves leading and managing the Novated Sales Consultant team to achieve unit and aftermarket targets, driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the day-to-day Novated Sales Team, allocating leads and implementing operational controls to optimize sales.
- Monitor and manage IMS and group email for timely and complete lead and enquiry management.
- Track KPls, including conversion, deal numbers, and aftermarket sales at individual and team levels, providing coaching and feedback.
- Review call recordings for compliance and use them as a tool for consultant feedback.
- Analyze NPS and other sources of customer feedback, communicating relevant insights to the team or individuals as needed.
- Take ownership of escalated issues and customer complaints, ensuring complete and satisfactory resolutions.
