About the role

The Strategic Customer Liaison will be responsible for managing high-value customers at Flare. This involves proactively engaging with customers to drive long-term relationships and educate employees about employee benefits, including novated leasing. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and relationship management, with a strong ability to build rapport and engage with customers.

Your day-to-day

  • Working closely with the B2B Sales Team and the Employer to design and implement a successful go-to-market strategy.
  • Managing key accounts and ensuring customer advocacy and growth.
  • Collaborating with the Relationship Management, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure product adoption and lead generation.
  • Meeting KPI targets on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation.
  • Demonstrating team values and maintaining a positive attitude, with active participation in team and business meetings.
  • Sharing process improvement ideas with internal stakeholders.

About you

  • Experience in Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging, SAAS Account Management, Employee Benefits, or consumer finance Sales and/or Relationship/Account Management positions.
  • Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • Proven strong sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with all types of prospective customers.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and high numbers of lead enquiries.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a team environment.
  • Competent in using Microsoft suite of products.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic Sales team environment.
  • Possess a high level of resilience and adaptability to change.
  • Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced sales environment with a passion for selling.
