We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and development within our Real Estate team at Marsh Pty Ltd. This role will be based in the Sydney office, with a hybrid work arrangement that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth objectives of Honan by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating closely with senior managers to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations, maintaining a portfolio of potential accounts and a high frequency of sales activity.
  • Utilize your existing network and market insights to gain business or interest from small, straightforward potential accounts in a delegated region or industry.
  • Support senior-level colleagues in various markets and industries with aspects of the deal process to gain broad exposure, new relationships, and relevant experience.
  • Maintain awareness of market occurrences, including important developments, trends, competitors' positioning, and business contract status to identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle.

  • Experience in insurance or real estate is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering on service commitments.
