About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the ANZ S&O team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through marketplace analysis, strategic planning, and performance forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market strategies to drive business growth in the ANZ region
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience
  • Provide insights to leadership to inform strategic growth decisions

Skill Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in consulting, IBD, strategy, or related operational experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
