As an Inclusive Culture and Diversity Consultant, you will be responsible for driving impactful programs and initiatives that foster collaboration and alignment across our business units. You will work closely with senior leaders and various committees to develop and deliver innovative GE and D&I strategies, ensuring they are executed from start to finish with dedication and excellence.

About the Role
  • You will collaborate with the Senior Manager to provide strategic advice and support to the Chief People Officer, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, and Head of Gender Equality, as well as D&I and GE committees and networks.
  • You will take the lead in organizing and delivering impactful internal and external D&I and GE events, creating engaging and meaningful experiences that promote our D&I and GE goals.
  • You will work closely with our business development team to seamlessly integrate D&I and GE into our pitch and tender responses, ensuring our commitment to inclusivity is reflected in every proposal.
Requirements
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and reporting on diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategies within a large organization.
  • Able to translate workforce data into actionable insights to improve the employee experience.
  • Expertise in designing and executing programs that raise awareness and promote learning for GE and D&I.

  • A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
