About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Claims Service Consultants & Senior Claims Service Consultants. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a national-based portfolio of claims and handling inbound/outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
  • Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confidence to learn, access, and use different systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
