About the Role
The Executive Assistant role provides high-level support to the APAC Global Risk Consulting Leader. As an integral part of the team, you will demonstrate your organisational and collaboration skills, providing exceptional service and support at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a confidential calendar, inbox, and travel management
- Ensure all correspondence and requests are effectively managed, utilising time by showing initiative to proactively and proficiently schedule meetings and events
- Assist on high-level projects and varied administrative tasks
Requirements
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Resolve complex and strategic challenges as they arise
- Previous administration experience in an Assistant or similar role supporting at the Executive level
- Diary and email management
- Travel arrangement
- Responsive and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Technologically savvy – experience in using the full Microsoft suite (including One Note and One Drive), video conferencing, etc.
- Experience in taking minutes and supporting governance frameworks
- Flexible working environment with commitment to support leader from the office as required
- Experience in supporting someone in a market-facing role – i.e. external stakeholder engagement
