About the Job

Robert Walters Australia is seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Support Officer to join their industry-leading team in the Professional Services sector.

">

This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient functioning of the Administrative operations, as well as providing essential support to the leadership team as required.

">

This is a full-time role which requires availability to work Monday to Friday in the office, commencing immediately in a great location.

">

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Provide high-level support to the executive team including diary management and meeting coordination">
  • Manage multiple inboxes to ensure smooth workflow, prompt responses, and priority-based management">
  • Coordinate and book travel for the executive team">
  • Minute taking for Board and committee meetings">
  • Prepare meeting Agendas, and distribute minutes, briefings, and Board papers">
  • Collate and distribute reports">
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders">
  • Develop and implement administrative policies aligned with organisational goals as required for continuous improvement">
  • Provide administrative support to ongoing projects">
  • General database maintenance as required">
  • Assist with coordinating the on-boarding and induction processes for new starters">

About You

The ideal candidate for this role brings along demonstrated experience in a similar capacity.

">

Your ability to maintain confidentiality while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills will set you apart, as well as your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and possess exceptional organisational skills coupled with keen attention to detail.

Demonstrated experience as an Executive Support Officer, Executive Assistant or similar is essential.

">

Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

">

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

">

Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

">

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.

">

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, and ability to pick up new systems quickly.

">

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

">

AUD50 - AUD60 per hour
