Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales accounts for our Environmental and Process monitoring products, prospecting for new business, and developing territory business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and internal stakeholders to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with other commercial team members to share market feedback and ensure full value is provided to customers.
  • Support product issues in the field by collaborating closely with the service group and application engineers for solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Consistent track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the scientific or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving results.

Work Environment:

Our Sales Specialist will work in an office environment with some degree of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and earplugs.
