Exciting Opportunity: A dynamic position has opened for a customer-focused and driven Sales Account Manager to become a key player in our APAC Sales division. At SafetyCulture, our Sales Account Managers serve as advocates for our clients. By closely collaborating with your clients, you will be committed to helping them recognize how SafetyCulture can address their challenges, facilitating the creation of safer and higher-quality work environments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle to secure deals and meet quarterly objectives.
  • Participate in industry events and client gatherings, providing insights into our solutions.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual demonstrations, articulating the benefits of our offerings tailored to client needs.
  • Work alongside Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including product, legal, marketing, and customer support, to meet targets and achieve commercial success.
  • Act as the voice of the client to our cross-functional teams, including our exceptional product department.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and provide reports on all sales activities.

About You:

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a successful history of managing a sales pipeline and meeting targets.
  • Consultative and client-centric approach with a demonstrated ability to build trust and identify client pain points.
  • Strong track record of generating new business through proactive prospecting.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts and responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of client interactions and effectively prioritize tasks to achieve sales objectives.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator who effectively prioritizes projects.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
