About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, driven and enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will collaborate closely with all departments within our business as well as serving as the primary commercial contact to a handpicked portfolio of key customers. Your key objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention whilst ultimately delivering growth.

As the main point of contact for a selected portfolio of key customers, you will engage proactively to address enquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure satisfaction, retention, and organic growth of delighted customers within your portfolio.

You will identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, partnering with key internal departments and stakeholders to capitalise on them and achieve business growth. Additionally, you will oversee regular monitoring and analysis of customer job volumes, revenue, and overall trading patterns.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic 'Growth Business Partner' to Nationwide's NSW/QLD State Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients, regularly initiating and leading growth-driven commercial conversations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure satisfaction, retention, and organic growth of delighted customers within your portfolio.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, partnering with key internal departments and stakeholders to capitalise on them and achieve business growth.
  • Oversee regular monitoring and analysis of customer job volumes, revenue, and overall trading patterns.
