- Lead, train, and motivate the team of 10-12 staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor front office budget.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reports and analyse data to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Past experience in a similar role
