Job Summary:

As our Front Office Supervisor, you'll bring warmth, creativity, and passion to our front desk, curating an experience that's as gracious as our hotel. With a flair for engaging guests and creating lasting connections, you will be a welcoming face from check-in to farewell, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth, guiding them through check-in and check-out with seamless hospitality.
  • Understand our guests' needs, ensuring each stay is comfortable, memorable, and uniquely tailored to them.
  • Lead the daily flow of the front desk, creating a smooth and welcoming environment that embodies The Old Clare's charm.
  • Be confident and proficient with all front and back-office equipment, systems, and programs.
  • Respond to guests' inquiries warmly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations and add a personal touch to each interaction.
