About the Role

The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of our Rooms Division team, responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Front Office department. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, a strong focus on service quality, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of the Front Office department, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office team to achieve success and maintain our high service standards.
  • Drive revenue growth and control expenses through effective management of the Front Office department.
  • Review daily arrivals to ensure proper handling of VIPs, return guests, and group business.
  • Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division in a 5-star hotel, with a focus on service quality and large inventory management.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong focus on service quality.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with resilience and maturity, adapting to different situations.
  • Impeccable communication skills and a sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and delegate in a high-volume operation.
