
Strategic Partnership Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead key partnerships with clients.
About the RoleThis pivotal position involves managing diverse projects, spanning brand development through digital solutions, and addressing business challenges. You will collaborate closely with a prominent client across their iconic brands, such as Cadbury, Oreo, and The Natural Confectionery Company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, and social channels, driving brand strategy and positioning.
- Manage project budgets and foster deep client relationships at a senior level.
- Collaborate with Senior Strategist and Creative Director from brief to execution, championing creative ideas.
- Build open, honest, and trusting relationships with clients, account management teams, creative departments, and agency partners.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the organisational structure, culture, and politics of the client's business.
- Show ability to debate and negotiate constructively with clients to successfully advocate for the agency's recommendations or point of view.
- Experience working as an Account Director within a creative agency.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead clients, anticipate their needs, and find solutions.
- Developed first-class creative solutions and campaigns, preferably with digital credentials.
- Strategic experience, including writing briefs and engaging with confidence during high-level client conversations.
