We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer-focused strategy that drives sustained value and loyalty.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of relationship managers.
  • E Embed operational excellence and scalable account management practices.
  • Promote growth through astute cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies.
  • B build deep, trusted relationships with senior executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CMO, CEO).
  • Present actionable insights and performance outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years owning strategic client portfolios and driving tangible growth.
  • 3+ years leading teams in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Experience within a System Integrator delivering transformation across Business Application, Transformation Advisory, Integration, Cloud, Security, AI, and Managed Services.
  • Expertise in constructing and embedding frameworks, account management playbooks, and governance models into teams that scale and deliver results.
  • A proven track record turning complex client needs into commercial successes.
