About the Role

Market Resource Partners is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales appointments for our clients in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a campaign team to achieve objectives for our clients
  • Make outbound business calls on behalf of our clients to generate sales opportunities
  • Qualify needs and provide follow-up activities to close sales
  • Ensure the achievement of agreed sales targets, KPIs, and objectives

Requirements

  • Good communication skills, written, verbal, and excellent telephone manner
  • Target-driven, sets high standards, and determined to exceed them
  • Resilience and self-motivation, remains optimistic and self-confident under pressure
  • Customer-focused, builds customer relationships, and enjoys observing the results of hard work

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + bonus OTE - $80,000
  • No weekends, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
