Job Description

We are seeking expressions of interest from customer-focused individuals who are looking to build a long-lasting career within legal support. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our firm and assist in the smooth running of our practice groups.

Your day-to-day tasks may include providing timely and accurate support to Legal Assistants with administrative needs, delivering high-quality work while managing deadlines, liaising with business services to coordinate mail and courier requests, and preparing files for archiving.

Requirements
  • Less than 18 months of administrative experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
