Gallagher Bassett, a leading provider of workers' compensation and risk management solutions, is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join its Premium and Credit department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Premium and Credit teams by responding to incoming customer queries, assisting with debt collection, and performing general administrative duties such as generating letters and formal correspondence.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive benefits including 4 weeks annual leave, novated leasing opportunities, and access to employee stock purchase program.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of Premium and Credit experts, who will provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.

About the Role
  • Support the Premium and Credit teams by responding to incoming customer queries and assisting with debt collection.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as generating letters and formal correspondence.
  • Utilize Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for records keeping, file notes, and contact notes.
About You
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance or debt collection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
