Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our remote administration team. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, screening telephone calls, preparing outgoing emails and correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
* Screen and answer telephone calls in a professional manner
* Prepare and send outgoing emails and correspondence
* Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role
* Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
