Denbies Group is a market leader in the Fire & BBQ category with our Samba and Ember brands, as well as having a strong presence in the Garden and Work Gloves categories with our Natures Harvest and Rhino Gloves brands.
We are seeking a driven individual with proven Accounts Administration experience to join our team.
As a vital member of our administration and accounts functions, you'll be responsible for supporting both financial and administrative functions across three entities, including managing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), assisting with EDI-based order entry and providing general office support. The role ensures accurate financial records and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial and administrative functions across three entities.
- Manage AR and AP, and assist with EDI-based order entry.
- Provide general office support and ensure accurate financial records.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and EDI platforms.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
Our ideal candidate will hold a diploma or certificate in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field and have 2-3+ years experience in an administrative or finance role with knowledge of AR and AP. Experience assisting with order entry, particularly through EDI is preferred.
